The test data on a mouse showed that polyphony in Artichoke extract which is extracted by water has a strong antioxidant effect. Thus, the researchers inferred that the anti-oxidation of Artichoke extract is the main reason to protect livers and promote liver regeneration. At the same time, Artichoke extract can also lower the blood fat.
