With high oxidation resistance, good thermal stability, low production costs, its products are also widely used in a variety of beverages, aquatic products, natural pigments, cosmetics, health products and cardiovascular drugs. In the United States and Japan, The proportion of using natural antioxidants is 30% in using all the antioxidant, mainly are vitamin E and rosemary antioxidant. It is predict that it will continue to increase more than 10% annually in the near future.
